Esbelt Waist Cincher Size Chart and Size Guide
The Esbelt Waist Cincher is one of our best selling pieces of shapewear. The reason is it is AMAZING. It really does work at pulling you in, cinching your waist and making your figure look dramatically different.
However, it can be tricky to get the size correct on first go.
The Esbelt Waist Cincher size chart is based upon your weight and height.

This is a well thought out and tried and tested size chart which works for the majority of people. However, if you are not in proportion (for example, you are very small with a very big bust - lucky you) the size chart would possibly put you at a size bigger than you need.
It also only goes up to heights of 5ft 9"!! I am 5ft 10" so this does clearly not work for me.
If you think you the usual Esbelt Waist Cincher size chart may not work for you, please measure your waist and use the guide below:
XS - 22-24" waist
Small - 26-28" waist
Medium - 30-32" waist
Large - 34-36" waist
XLarge - 38-40" waist
2XLarge - 40-42" waist
3XLarge - 44-46" waist
4XLarge - 48-50" waist
One of the best waist measuring tape measures is this one. It helps to find your proper, natural waist and gives you the best reading compared to a normal tape measure.
You also need to take into consideration whether or not you are wanting to "train" your waist, or simply just look a bit thinner. For those brave souls who are into waist training and want to achieve a more drastic look you can go a size smaller than the charts are telling you. Do bear in mind though that waist training does put a lot of strain on the waist cincher - it is a strong garment but it can only take so much pressure!
Just in case you are wondering, I am 5ft 10" and weigh around 154 pounds (11 stone). I am quite thick waisted - I don't have a very pronounced, natural waist. I currently wear a medium sized Esbelt Waist Cincher. It fits pretty tight and makes a big difference to my figure.
