The Trinny and Susannah Magic Body Smoother Skirt Slip comes in a box with the lovely Trinny and Susannah on the front showing their before and after shots. Susannah’s fleshy bits, in what looks like a g-string, might be slightly off-putting to some, but the after photo shows how effective this little slip can be. Hope for us all!

Be warned, the body smoother skirt looks REALLY small. It does stretch, honestly!

This is a high waisted, mid thigh skirt made from very strong (extra firm control), seamless compression fabric. It does look just like a very small, tight tube when you get it out and lay it flat though!

It has lots of "zoning" which helps to give you LOADS of shape and slimming control. These zones look quite obvious when the slip is not being worn. However, they disappear once they are stretched out on your body.

The waistband measures 4cm and is made from a very stretchy fabric. It should sit just under your bust (depending on how tall you are) and stays in place without straps. The fabric is folded and all of the stitching is inside. It looks quite a ridgy piece of material. This helps it to fit perfectly and not roll down. The ridges do disappear once they are stretched out on your body.

The skirt hem should sit around your mid thighs. It is hemmed inside but is completely flat on the outside – it won’t show through clothing. Again, it is made from folded fabric to make it as discreet as possible. It is also quite stretchy and so should sit nice and flat on your thighs.

The front and the back measure the same from the top waistband to the bottom hem. The back should sit just under your bra line.

There is a lot of ruching and shaping around the bottom area. This helps to give your bum LOADS of shape - it is a really nice feature of this skirt slip. This looks especially brilliant if you wear this under and very tight skirt - it makes your bum look rounder and really gorgeous!

The SMALL size should fit a UK dress size 10-12 or waist measurements 23-27 inches.

The skirt slip measures 49cm top to toe.
The waistband is 4cm wide.

Pros: What I Like About The Trinny and Susannah Magic Body Smoother Slip:

• The fabric is super strong so you can really pull it to get into it without worrying about laddering it.
• I like all of the cinching and ruching areas as they work to give your figure a much better shape (as well as looking thinner).
• The extended waist sits nice and high and seems to stay in place really well.

Cons: What I Don't Like About The Trinny and Susannah Magic Body Smoother Slip:

• It is a little bit tricky to take big steps when you are wearing it - I am being EXTREMELY picky though!
• There is nothing else that I don't like about it x

How To Put On A Trinny and Susannah Magic Body Smoother Slip:

Easy peasy, this is quite a straight forward, no-puff one to get into.

You roll it up into an o-shape. Step into it and wriggle it up your body. Once it is up to the top of your thighs start working the top half over your bum and waist. Roll it all up and down, ensuring your bum is sitting in the right bit.

Wriggle around to make sure it is sitting perfectly.
