The Spanx Shape My Day Slimming Girl Shorts are one of my favourite pieces of shapewear. They work so well under pretty much anything, including very short skirts and dresses. They really firm everything up and taper off, leaving you looking slim and smooth.

• FIRM slimming control (this is called "Shape: A Firm Hug" on the Spanx website)
• SHORT LEGS - great for wearing under shorter dresses and skirts
• LOW WAISTBAND that ends somewhere around your belly button
• Seamless, super strong fabric (there is one seam in between the legs but this should remain invisible)
• Seamless waistband with no stitching or banding. This helps it to lie flat against your belly.
• Laser cut leg openings lined with a 1cm silicone grip strip. This helps them to stay flat and in place at all times.
• Closed cotton gusset
• SLIMS and FIRMS the top thighs, hips, bottom and tummy

The Spanx Shape My Day Slimming Girl Shorts come in sizes XSMALL to LARGE

XSMALL = UK dress size 6 - 8
SMALL = UK dress size 8 - 10
MEDIUM = UK dress size 12 - 14
LARGE = UK dress size 16 - 18

Although Spanx sizing tends to be quite good, please do check your measurements against the Spanx size chart below before you buy your Spanx.

Spanx Shape My Day Slimming Girl Shorts Fabric Content & Care

53% Spandex/Elastane, 47% Nylon

Machine was cold, gentle cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron.

Spanx shapewear contains high levels of Spandex/Elastane. Friction and heat will break this down over time. We do suggest that you hand wash and line dry your Spanx whenever possible. This will help to prolong the life of your Spanx and keep it in fab condition.
