Spanx for £20! Wow. Now, I was really expecting these not to be too great. Spanx is normally £30 and up, so what could they do for £20?

The Spanx Everyday Shaping Panties Boy Short is SUPERB. It is made from a really smooth, strong. stretchy fabric that is COMPLETELY SEAMLESS, so these are super discreet.

It has a wide band (2 layers of fabric) which covers your tummy, giving it EXCELLENT tummy control.

The legs are SHORT SHORTS. These are super short so they will go under your shortest dresses and skirts, with no fear of them showing under your hem.

The leg openings are folded fabric with no binding or stitching on the outside. They are very stretchy and should lie really flat against your thighs and bottom.

There is a seam in between your legs, but this should never be visible and won't affect the seamless look.

The gusset is a closed one and is lined with breathable fabric. You should be able to wear the boy shorts in place of your own underwear for long periods of time.

The waistband comes up to somewhere under your belly button (depending on how tall you are). It is folded fabric with no bindings or stitching and it should lie flat against your stomach.

The back is the same length as the front. The wide 2 layered control band continues around the back and really helps to slim any love handle type bulges around your lower back.

The back of the legs sit smoothly on your bottom, giving a really slim, streamlined look.

The MEDIUM size should fit a UK dress size 12-14
